The UK had a love affair with Aussie soaps in the 80s/90s. But Home and Away killed itself. The opening titles got shorter, the theme so much crapper and the characters nowhere near as good. The newer theme tunes are cringeworthy. It is so sad as it could do no wrong in my childhood.

Worst home and away theme is the current one. Once hone and away starts i mute the beginning credits and switch it off as the end credits begin. I cannot stand it.
