Mike, I'm going to be honest here. I have been training for a few months and although I have made big gains I always wondered why my arms didn't look "full"... until I seen this video. I had been neglecting TRICEPS (I am a newbie, though). Since watching this video (about 2 weeks ago) and following your advice, I have seen my arms grow massively. Thanks to your commend "to make your arm look huge, work your triceps" I'll continue to listen to your fantastic advice, very much appreciated dude!

Mike, I have a question and need your help.... My arms are very weak due to nerve damage, BUT after watching your videos and encouragement, I am getting stronger!! Try this... Stand in front of a shelf that is about shoulder height. Pick up a can of soup and place it on the shelf. Or place your fist on the shelf with the thumb up. You can do this along as others, right. I have had a very hard time with this and building the muscles that make this happen. When I use just use my fist, I fade out after only 6 reps, to 3 to 1 and I am done... so sad. Triceps are getting lots stronger and Biceps are too with a gain of 3/4" in 2 months!! I still only use weights at and under 10# with the Biceps and 40# with Triceps. I can not do any Triceps dip at all.. and I now bench press 35# with the "Smith Press". I am 60 years old and lifted strong 40 years ago and could bench 240#, but that was then.... Other than the "Place the can on shelf" workout any other ideas. I am a member of a Gym in town. Dave

Hes got the right idea on super setting, but those dips are atrocious... He should not go down half way and super speed. You wanna get stronger? Hold that movement, go as low as you can, and lift. The quick dips, just make you tired and they Might (and I use that word lightly) might increase your endurance. Train Hard Guys! Give 100% and don't look back.
@michealwatts746910 жыл бұрын
"Don't cheat in the beginning" ... Don't cheat at all.. You're cheating yourself if you cheat even a little. It makes you think you are stronger cause you can do it, but you're barely using the muscle that you are trying to work. Fuck that man.. I would also think hes swinging in the beginning as well, and not negativing slow enough to get that full effect... But I agree on the super setting, right idea indeed

Anthony Ramos That I disagree with. Look This is obviously an idiotic argument. The only way to prove it is to test him. I will say this for all youtube fitness channel people. If YOU can PROVE that these people are on steroids of any sort. Then I will believe it. Form does matter even with people on steroids. Now you could say "Oh he could get it out of his system and then be clean" Well thats a possibility, but this is a bullshit excuse and shouldn't be used, simply because it is overused and its a way to be able to say he's using without actually doing anything about it. Look at CT Fletcher, I disagree with his training methods 100% but I agree with his challenge to everyone on. He challenged people to come and test him unannounced, so that excuse would be invalid 100%. The same thing could be done here. So I would either invite you to give him a test, or just shut up... Because you can't prove it. Its innocent until proven guilty, not the other way around.
@TeKnODeFeCt10 жыл бұрын
Anthony Ramos you say he juice, well thats false. if he juiced he wouldn't be able to make so many videos with a week or two in between them. Steroids increase the size and strength of the muscle. However steroids don't strengthen your tendons and ligaments and with the weights he uses, he would constantly tear stuff.

Find a tree branch or swing set or something to do pull ups until you can buy some weights at a garage sale or something, and you can do dips on a chair for triceps. Also if you have some gallons of paint lying around in your garage use them as dumbbells, when that gets too light use 5 gallon buckets filled with water or sand or rocks, your muscles don't care whether you spent $200 on a set of weights or paint buckets, lbs are lbs.

@burger50828 жыл бұрын
Go to a local decathlon and get that for like 20 pounds or 30 dollars.
@michealwatts74698 жыл бұрын
A lot of this equipment is cheap though. Plus home workouts, push ups, sit ups, dips, dead lifts, squats, lunges, low jumps, etc call be done without Proper equipment.. just find some shit in your house with balanced weight. buy a 25 pack of water and throw it in a backpack. Stop making excuses, if you want to get in shape goto a garage sale that has this shit and just start working out. To +mrsabotage1997 No, he's not taking steroids... He would look a lot different than he does now and even with steroids you have to bust your ass working out for them to kick in. Peace

I think as long as there aren't any machines involved, it's a "home" workout. I agree that it shouldn't be called a home workout since you don't see Dumbbells and Barbells just lying around the average house

When I was 14 I had been training for about a year, I felt strong tho, maybe you do as well.. but truth to be told, high intensity training are not really what you should be focusing right now. Luckily I worked out with my dad who has been working out for over 20 years so I got the help and info I needed to start training. What you should be doing in your age is to slowly building up your entire body, doing 8-16 reps avoiding high intensity to lower the risk of injuries. When you're 17-18 do it!
