Don't feel bad about taking your time Jeff. The end result is what is key. Too many folks these days want "instant" but ss you already know that mind set doesn't work with car restoration. On another note, I grew up in Bathurst and 1985 was my first year at the race (9 years old). I absolutely loved seeing all the different marques and classes running against each other. I've always thought that was the most exciting racing era. Going to only Holden vs Ford killed it for me.

KZbins B is for Build made an interesting comment which you might want to bear in mind. He noted that other restored 240Zs have quite large, if even, panel gaps. If this is right you might want to keep it in mind when doing your alignments. Loved the sanding btw..... 🙄
