I made some gaskets using a foto like you did.. bevore cutting it with a laser, i printed it out. Could be a time saver for your plasma table 😉😉

Great look on the ali inlet hardpipe option, only comment is a 90deg reducer silicone hose may look better than the reducer in the ali pipe. Great fabrication on the turbo down pipe too

Shoulda gone vband rear housing on the turbo. The multiple bolts suck an they snap. Hard to get to an ugly dump. Also usually just use silicon hose for size conversion in piping intercooler..can get them in 90 degree

Nice work Jeff, but this intercooler reminds me of the brand AIRTECH. Be aware, the fittings on top will soon crack the intercooler. Seams good to start. But weld side brackets and delete the top once. And stay away from airtech. Saludos

awesome as always, I found recently that for smaller parts and I've done bigger, if they fit on your printer, you can put them on with a ruler and scan to jpeg and bring that into fusion use the ruler to calibrate the canvas and works bloody well. I done a video on it but it's pretty simple, and really good. easy to get a photo a bit skew Wiff.

I like the heatsink tube behind the radiator...defeats the intercooling somewhat.

Catch cans are only necessary for direct injection forced induction platforms. If the engine has port injection the fuel is cleaning the intake valves where direct injection doesn't clean the valves.

Why do you route the air intake OVER the engine and then BACK in front of the engine to go to the left side of the intercooler? Why do’n you go directly from the left of the intercooler to the left of the engine where the inlet manifold is?

I just learned something new today by watching this video. I understood that whatever you weld "before engine" needs to be purge welded to avoid sugaring but I ommited an important info - it only is necessary for the stainless steel tubing, if its aluminium, you're OK! :)

You may need to restrict the oil to the turbo as the main oil pressure may be too low with a standard oil pump. Check how much oil pressure you need for the turbo
