I love the content on your channel, thank you. I hope that this doesn't come across in a negative and critical way, it is written with good intention. It is evident from your meal prep and grocery haul videos that you are mindful of and make healthy food choices for yourself and sons. In your video you mention a concern with the amount of fat content contained in oat milk. A shift has been occurring in the health field that the consumption of fat is not the demon that it has been portrayed to be. That it is the consumption of too many carboydrates (especially refined carbs) that are causing health issues for people. There are many resources on youtube for you to research and determine for yourself whether or not fat is bad and which fats are bad and good for us. With good health intentions, I wanted to bring awareness to something that you may not be aware of. If I have overstepped boundaries, please accept my apology.

Cold brew or French press both will do the trick just need to play around with the strength of coffee to suit your taste 🙌🏻♥️💫

I usually just use a base of packet mix banana bread 😅 usually gluten free and then add fillings like blueberry apple, raspberry white chocolate, banana walnut and sultana or whatever I have that I need to use up 🙌🏻

It was a gift so I’m not sure where it’s from sorry but I think it’s actually meant for cheese as it’s quite small...try googling hospitality supply stores as they always have larger versions but enough for cake:muffins etc 🍪🍩🍰

Woolies sell a sugar free dupe for Oreos that are amazing - I can no longer eat Oreos because the sugar free version are so good! They’re called Gullon No Sugar Added Twins and they have 0.5grams of sugar per serving. Highly recommend!

@@vincentdriscoll8033 hi, if it’s okay I might add that I don’t believe no sugar added versions of things are better for people. They have artificial sweeteners in them instead. Our society has so many rules and so much negativity around food, as well of talk of calories, even in this video where it is supposed to be a fun moment to see some recipes. Our bodies are a lot smarter than we think they are and I do believe what the best thing to do is to relax some of our food rules, just enjoy these things, and not to find lower calorie/sugar/carb/fat etc versions of everything. It won’t truly satisfy us in the long run anyway. And the stress from the diet mentality I believe is much more harmful. Wishing you and others the best 🌈🙏

Just prefer it (not all brands) but I drink cows milk if I’m ever out of almond or oat 🙌🏻
