I made cranberry juice, for the first time, a couple of weeks ago. I added a slice of orange and I have it sitting and “steeping” until December. Thank you Tori

Yum! I bet the cranberry and orange will be delicious. I have made homemade cranberry relish and added orange and it is delicious!

Showing my sister this video. You're so inspiring! Someone gave her a natural oil for motion sickness today. The deckhand. My sister loved that it was a natural oil and not a chemical. She uses avocado pits for a natural pain relief. She loves honey. So she's going to like this recipe. OMG! Tory they tossed an indoor microwave! They noticed a plastic double walled tumbler with water within the walls BOIL when the were making ramen noodles. That day that tossed it out!! Since then, their youngest daughter had been struggling in school. To the point that she was pulled out of class each day. Over a year's time without an indoor microwave her grades shot up!! Much to be said about radiation in the home. My niece used to watch her food spin. Not anymore!! I'm amazed!

Ooooo, definitely going to try this. I love cranberry juice but I've never made it. I always get cranberries on sale and make chutneys and sauces... Don't know why I never thought to make juice! Thanks for sharing!!

Love making it. I made cranberry juice, grape juice and pineapple juice. The pineapple 🍍 is my daughters favorite. I don't like the store bought because the after taste reminds me of vomit😂....probably just my weird taste buds...but I've felt that way since I was a kid😂😂😂

I've never added honey, but I'll do a batch and try it. 👍Thanks. Put that emoji in there because you are so right! They created these emojis to try and help express emotions in text conversations because text conversations can be easily misunderstood.

I have really loved over the years I use it sometimes as a base for warmed wine with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Love that totally agreed 👍

Can’t wait to try 😍 I’ve never canned before, but I think this would be the perfect first recipe. Can you drink it right away or does it have to set? Also, how long do they last for? Would make really pretty Christmas gifts too ♥️ thanks for sharing!

Yay so fun! I would say 2 weeks at least ❤️ the theory is indefinitely but after about 2-3 years you may lose flavor and medicinal value. Omg yes agreed, good idea ❤️🌲

Thanks! I really enjoyed this video. I've never met anyone who does canning. ( I don't think it's very big in Britain). You made this look nice, and easy, and something I could attempt. I'll discuss this with my son, as he is heavily into preserving fruit. One question- will this method work with most fruit? Take care.
@MountainMommaLiving17 күн бұрын
Hey there! Sure thing, I absolutely love it, very therapeutic, and budget friendly when you find the fruit on sale. For most acidic fruits yes 🙌

This looks easy enough for me to do! Two questions, do I need to cover the pot while it’s in there? And does this have to steep for any amount of time? Thanks Tory!
@MountainMommaLiving20 күн бұрын
I did because I had water boiling out and Millie was there, so you definitely don’t have to! I let it set for about a month before serving but it tastes just fine after two weeks ❤️

I’ve done a few jam recipes with water bath canning but I’m afraid of the pressure type of canning!😢
@MountainMommaLiving20 күн бұрын
I totally understand that feeling! I have my eye on an electric pressure canner, and it takes all the hard work out of it for you!
