Everything looks very nice, I love the way you changed the color of certain toys to match your theme. You did an amazing job!

Amazing taste! The design looks awesome! I like how you organised the cubby place, the change station, designed the children tables and chairs, and the play kitchen station! The toy organizer by TV looks also so good as well! Everything is very neat!

The space looks great! My daycare space is small too because I didn’t want to remove my furniture. However, I’ve made my space still look homey and welcoming with toys in areas where it doesn’t look over cluttered. Thank you for sharing this. There aren’t many in home daycare KZbin channels. I really enjoy yours.

Love it! It will always be a space you'll want to add, change and grow as time goes on. :) Baby steps is the only way us educators can make it happen!

I love it! I can totally do something like this in our daycare room! And it will also be my own kiddos play room so I cant wait! You are making me feel like this will be so much easier to do than some of the other videos I have seen! I know its not going to happen overnight and it will be a work in progress but you make it not so stressful!

I love your space! Thanks for sharing! Very nicely decorated, organized & practical. I have a question: do you have a way of keeping track of diaper changes & what the kids eat etc.? like a take home paper?

There’s an app called brightwheel that I used to use and it allows you to track it on the app and parents get a notification when you update their child’s profile . So if at 11am a infant takes a nap , you go to the app , log that activity , and the parents get a notification and know that their child is napping. It’s not wasting paper so it may work for you and you don’t have to worry about making sure they take the paper home . You can also receive payments through there . It’s free . Hope this helps .

I would really like to construct that table you made for your daycare. I know you went over it in the video but could you tell me exactly what I would need to buy from Ikea ? I am needing a short table just like that.

Love this! Quick question...I don’t have diaper storage with my change table. Do you think the Ikea Trofast shelves are deep enough for diapers and cream? I’m thinking of hanging it on the wall over my change table. Thanks so much!
@tammy74235 жыл бұрын
It's heavy unit. I bought for my grandbabies changing area/play room a shelf at Hobby Lobby for $20 and I am getting one for over my changing area upstairs to house gloves, creams etc. For my down stairs changing area in the play rooms I bought a shelf from the home decor section at Michael's awhile back. For both of my spaces I use dressers as the changing stations and Dollar Tree baskets inside for diapers for ea child and I use the Ikeas Trofast for the kids personal cubbies to house over flow diapers/changes of clothes. Small bins on it I use for my extra hats mittens, bathing suits and extra socks I keep for when kids dont come with them or extras and the top is used as a bench for parents to put kids on to put shoes on-- it stays in the parent/entry area

In new Zealand, the government standard ratio of children to teachers in an in home centre, is one teacher to four children, including two under 2 years
@jodiroseallan91605 жыл бұрын
However if you want to have a ratio of any more children than 4, you can apply for an exception from the government

Hi Sammi Pls What do you use to clip your posters on your bulletin board,am trying to stop poking my wall with pins?
@mommytomany56745 жыл бұрын
I use regular old stapes. However, on Amazon they sell something called "sticky clips." They are awesome. You just stick them to the wall and then slide your poster into the clip.
