Where is your electric sander??? Still see separations on the molding. I see you had problems with paint coverage. For everyone. Get the more expensive "1" coat paint. Especially, if you're painting over a darker color. If you need to prime, have the primer tented similar to your paint color.

Ok. That is good information for next time I'm painting. The electric sander would leave more dust to clean up
