HOME DECOR THRIFT CHALLENGE | COLLABORATION W/ LIZ BESANSON + MID-CENTURY VINTAGE HAUL | $100 BUDGET

Hello everyone! In today's video, I teamed up with ‪@LizBesanson‬ for the ultimate home decor thrift challenge. Together we set a $100 budget and sourced mid-century modern, art deco, minimalist, and aesthetic home goods and home decor accents/accessories to style in different areas of our homes. There were absolutely no rules to follow...so stay tuned as we'll be showing you our vintage and antique thrift store finds in a huge haul. Come thrift with us for budget-friendly home decor!
For this challenge, I sourced many of the vintage and thrift store finds that I purchased for Liz from my local Goodwill and other various vintage shops in my area. You will have to see all of the mid-century and eclectic vintage home decor items that I sourced for Liz in her video linked below!

Omg, I'm swooning! Those coasters are fantastic! I have some Mikasa pieces. I bought them from Macy's in my teens. Great brand. Luv the detail on the wood and the rich wood tone. The espresso set is adorable. The napkin holder, shaker set and vases are awesome! Liz knocked it out of the park! I've been hoping for this collaboration for a few months. But I speak for myself when I say this was a true challenge and required dozens of visits to a few of my local Goodwill locations over the course of the past 5 weeks. Hi Beau. I had to work earlier, and then some errands, but I have been waiting to view this weeks video. Needless to say I was not disappointed. I was also surprised by the fun idea you and Liz had. Your superb taste is confirmed when you're able to shift styles like you did from what you are drawn to. Feel free to send any cast offs my way ! Hahaha. Thrifting is the primary way i add to my decor. I have always had a desire to present a completely unique and different total look than anyone else. Omg, those coasters are to die for, that clock is definitely for Beau place, the book ends has the best wood tones even though you are a black and white vintage kind of person. I have the same espresso cup seeing I am a coffee drinker but sad to say it’s only one. She did nailed it with that set inclusive of the salt and pepper shaker. All the pieces were incredible. Beau, Great collection pieces that Liz was able to find at the Vintage Shop. 🍃Loved the Crystal Clock, my Uncle brought a clock like yours from Germany when he returned from the Service years ago, about 50's. 🍃I personally loved the Crystal Cup & Saucers for your morning Espresso. 🍃I'm a crazy clean freek & really loved the Crystals Coasters, just beautiful. 🍃The Wooden Book Ends were a Statement, to me anyway & the Black Marbel Shakers were a nice match, maybe U can use them on your coffee bar as well as salt & pepper shakers. 🍃The tall off White Vase was stunning, I myself could see that in my bathroom near the Tub or Vanity with Apple branches, but that's me ; ) 🍃Thank you for sharing, it was like Xmas unwrapping! ☕Till the next time my friend, happy weekend findings!

It’s funny you say that, because with editing magic, this looked so simple but it was really a project that spanned 5 weeks and dozens upon dozens of trips to thrift - definitely wasn’t one fell swoop, but I had an incredible time sourcing for her.
