What's funny for me regarding services like Hi Dive and how they try to convince me to get a subscription because of all the old anime they have... yet I've already got so many of those old anime on DVD because I was smart enough to get them back when they were Still available. You can't even find Hamtaro on most services, let alone DVD, but I've 4 copies of it. And you can't find the original Sailor Moon 90s dub anywhere on any services... unless you're me and you have the entire Doom Tree and most of the Nega Moon arcs on DVD

When you love your villains so much you want to see them rehabilitating in hell forever more. Because THEY WOULDN’T. Killing one person completely on purpose is a life sentence of your regular life. Imagine the sentence of intentionally wiping out PLANETS, enslaving planets, and selling them for profit. Or in Cell’s and Guru’s case, just 1 mere genocide and causing global calamity. Wait til you hear what someone like Buu would get.

That's if you consider every sin neefing a timed sentence. HFIL seems more about making a character change. As in: The moment they accept what they did was wrong and won't do it again, their sins are forgiven. But they have to convince the Ogers and possible Yama, they have changed.
