Oh YES I love this house. Love, love, LOVE it. I like the niches upstairs as you can hang art, place plants etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms are lovely and the primary suite...I said oh wow as you walked through the door. I actually like the sunken rooms. And the basement is for the kids 100%. I loved the pool and backyard. As soon as you opened the front door I knew I was going to love this house. It feels like a home, not a contemporary show piece. Thanks for showing this house. I was getting a little worried as I hadn't liked the last few homes you have toured 🤣

This is a well kept and beautiful American West home. Some potential buyers will appreciate having a generous basement. I love the layout of the kitchen but wished there was room to add bar stools on the back of the island if it was pushed back. The bedroom and bathroom on the first floor needs additional canned lighting. I love the size of the 3 bedrooms upstairs plus the size of the primary bedroom. The closet in the primary bedroom should definitely be customized. The backyard is a great size with a pool and jacuzzi. This is located in a guard gated community in Southern Highlands and it will be snatched up in a heartbeat.

l love the curves of the upstairs hallway enclaves. Gives it character. Love the basement. I usually don't care for lofts but in this house it works! I would put a railing at the top of the stairs it seems a little low to me. Don't really care for all the drop down stairs. Overall I Love it!!

I really like this home and totally agree with you on opening up the stairs & pony walls. The flow would be so much better. Also agree they should add RV parking on the side. Not a fan of the step down to the wet bar, the dark paint colors, & that there's not a half bath at least in the basement. I actually remember viewing these homes when they first came out in this neighborhood. Overall I think they did a great job flipping this one. 👍😊☀️

Hardly any distance between houses. I would never ever get a vaulted ceiling home ever again. It might look good but it is hot as hell and hard to cool unless you have a bank of ceiling fans.

Hi Chutkits, Nice house... About the cement. Alot of times in a pool area they'll make the surface rougher so it's not slippery. Smooth pavement is VERY slippery with wet feet. Anyway nice house but hate the flooring. These guys put that same flooring in every rehab they do then over price the place. Thanks for the tour. 👍👍😀

It's a nice home, but I feel like some things weren't necessary (curved nooks in the walls, certain enclosures, etc.) I guess it's the designer's style.

Large house on a postage stamp lot. Too much wasted space in the kitchen, move the island back about halfway to the range/reefer wall and maybe add some bar stool seating on the face towards the TV.

So what is up with this house to much I'm sorry to say first the bad, there are to many drop downs concerning stairs it makes the house look like a never ending maze or should I say an unsolvable puzzle. The bat cave downstairs is useless due to the fact that there is no bathroom and a nice one at that, where is the nice micro carpet in the house there is none I'm sorry to say and don't get me started on that no balcony door in the master bedroom it got me weak in the knees even looking at that thing talk about a death waiting to happen. The backyard is just boring and not enough trees to provide shade in the summer so get ready to bake in the oven, the garage is okay but where are all the water filters and the tank less systems missing in action again as usual. At least the kitchen and the cabinets are nice and I love the faucet in the sink it's cool, but again more stairs to hit the living room enough with the stairs already gee wiz, anyway would I live in this home I'm afraid not man I have to many complaints and the biggest one is the floor plan it sucks and it's just to complicated it would have been easier to have one big open floor plan in my opinion. Yeah another negative review SIGH I don't know this house is just not for me I don't like it, and the only plus was the kitchen and that nifty faucet, I hear you chuck about being stuck in a blow dryer with that heat I've been in Las Vegas during this time of the year many times before and it's just awful so I feel your pain, well anyway thanks for the tour and on wards to the next home.
