I loved this house. Only thing I would change is the countertops in the bathrooms and redo the bath/shower combos. I reckon that little room with the window next to the kitchen is probably a little office for the housekeeper/ homeowner. I enjoyed that it was kind of like a maze lol. It's the kind of house I would enjoy living in. Thanks for the video.

The good thing about Desert Shores is you can still find a nice 4 bedroom home just minutes from that home for $450K to $600K U might not be on the water... or in the gated section of Desert Shores... But walking distance to the lakes in a few blocks is fine with me...

I absolutely love the chandeliers I think they are very unique and so my style! The house seems like it is too custom. There will be a lot of changes that has to be made and updating and there are rooms that I don't understand why they exist especially that pantry with a window is like so odd. The upstairs I think you would have to make it a real second primary and have the one downstairs be a casita/ next-gen room but other than that beautiful house.

Beautiful, lots of space. Love most of it as is. Didn't like the stoves location & the shore looked knarley. But pretty from a distance. Is the shore a mosquito magnet? Water heaters got to be moved updated and or replaced properly. That house would be my potential lol.

There was a luxury waterfront community right across from the commercial and community center in Desert Shores with a waterfall at the entrance. Was that diamond Bay or there was another luxury waterfront community just at the end of the street if you made a right turn coming out of the commercial center and went to the end of the street was that diamond Bay and what was the other community called? Both were gated

Aside from the view upstairs and neighborhood being nice forget this house. 😒😒 I mean the master bedroom is okay and so is the bathroom😋😋😋 but aside from that the house is to big and it's to loud. 😒😒 Another plus anyway is the view from the balcony that is a big plus for me and also the garage is okay and the kitchen to some extent and the back yard is good as well but the house is a no go for me and onwards to the next one.😋😋😋
