Blanco granite composite sinks are great. Difficult to scratch. They can take a hot pan without damaging the sink and if they haze , spray it with Pam oil to buff it up. I even put them in rentals because they don’t scratch,dent like stainless.

The layout of the laundry, office and flex room feels wrong. Current flex room = laundry, AV, utilities & gym. It's tucked away from the rest of the house so ideal for this. Current laundry room = office. It's more central to the living and flow of the house and has the perfect size vs light balance not to distract while working. Current office = flex room. Its position at the front of the house could be a reception room, formal living room, or a cosy family/movie room. I love the interior design and colour palette of the house, though. It's the closest thing to my idea of perfection I have seen.

Not bad but the laundry room needs a sink, cabinets, and counter top. It also needs a floor-to-ceiling bump out for a nice modern, wide fireplace with a thin profile where the TV currently sits. I give a 7.5 out of 10 stars!

Beautiful house, but a lot of wasted spaces though. The den and dining area I would change that to a bedroom. Laundry room should be upstairs. The smart box and all that electrical stuff in the laundry room behind the door should be in a closet. I think upstairs I would make the loft area bigger and put an office or den there. The kitchen island looks funky, I would use a regular island.

really? so without a damaged economy a priceless new disease uncertainty in presidency and safety in a city thats in the shadows right now. their very little good in las vegas right now its dark. if this is priced right in 2019 this would have been worth 950k .... 1millon for a track home in nevada. i cant see it worth more then 380k with clark county homes starting at 170k.

Nicely designed and decorated home, but I don’t know why anyone would want carpet anywhere in their home. It’s basically a dirt sponge. Also, I wish newer houses were built better (solid concrete instead of cheap and flimsy cardboard like materials). Most of these modern homes probably won’t be around in 50-100 years.

Buying a $2.5 million home with 25% down would leave you with a mortgage of approximately $9000/mo+ - best case scenario. That does not even include the HOAs and PITI. To even qualify for that big of a loan, you need to make, at minimum, $215k+/year gross.
