Love everything about this! Such a beautiful song, and the guys, as per usual, take it and make it their own. As to Austin's accent, he can switch in and out of it at will, thanks to his musical theater training. Wait until you hear his solo project "Bring Him Home."

Thought you had forgotten about our boys. Glad to have you back. As always the guys did a fabulous version of this song. I wouldn't expect anything different from them. They are amazing! Also like the cute video that goes along with it. A lot of people have covered this song. It was first done by "Lonestar" in 1999. Bonnie Tyler did a cover in 2003 & Boyz II Men in 2009.

Best thing about Home Free is how they evoke emotions. Whether it's joy and laughter, or pain and tears, they bring their all to every performance. Talk about awkward, everytime I see you react to Rob, I can't forget that he looks like your stepfather. LOL Thank you for another Home Free reaction. Austin has a new release out "Bring Him Home" and he goes to length to bury his accent. So yeah, he can sing without the accentl when he puts his mind to it. Thanks again. Cheers!

Thanks, Jaron. Nice reaction and yeah, loved the video. What's great about Austin's accent imo is that he strengthens or weakens it to convey his interpretation of the song. In this he was capital-C country. In Beautiful Star of Bethlehem he goes full gospel. Man of Constant Sorrow, bluegrass. He released Bring Him Home, btw, and it's stunningly beautiful. You should check it out; you'll enjoy it.

He spent his year in college (on a music scholarship) trying to nullify his Georgia accent. When he joined Home Free they told him to stop trying. He still can when required ("Bring Him Home" for example) but if you want to hear that accent really come out, watch his video "Earn It" or a duet with Tim Foust of "What's It To You". I'm Canadian and love accents of any kind but southern accents are wonderful!

Home Free put out a request a while back asking what songs we wanted them to do. I had always wondered why the guys had never done this so I requested this one. I was 'Amazed' that they did it, and they said the reason they did this one was because a Home Fry requested it. Is it bad to think that it was because I had asked? Who knows, may have been my request or loads of them but I am so absolutely glad that I did ask them to do this one, it is made for them.

Can I make a request for a song? Have you heard of the Norwegian singer and national treasure Sissel Kyrkjebø? She has a phenomenal voice and is also considered one of the world's top crossover sopranos. If you have seen the Titanic movie, then you have definitely heard her voice. Could you react to her singing "You'll Never Walk Alone"? It's a great song.

I always say you can definitely hear the Georgia in Austin's voice. The only exception is him singing Bring Him Home. He goes back to his musical theatre days when he had had to lose the Southern speech.

You are the only reactor that said Junior High dance. I have never seen a boy dance with his friends. When I was young it was always the girls that did that, so I was always dancing. Always enjoy watching your reactions to these guys.
