Yeah, it was Avi. And also putting the champaigne glass on the barrel and sitting on the bull behind the guys at the end of the video. ☺️ The "sequel" to this one is Full of cheer. Both written by Tim.

Yes … it was Avi with a cowboy hat! Go back to Ring of Fire to see Avi, at the end of the video, change out his cap for a cowboy hat! (Whispering, again): Dive Bar Saints! Thank you, loved your reaction!😁👏👏👏👏👏

Oh yeah it was Avi. He's on the bull at the end too. I was so happy to see this today. It's one of my favorites. I love Tim's original songs. Yeah as people mentioned Full Of Cheer is the sequel and it's a great Christmas song. If you love this, you'll definitely love it. It's pure Home Free.

Oh yes that was Avi ! Tim wrote this one & also the follow up - Full of Cheer. Some good fun. Fortunately my wife was an El Cheapo like me - we would spend our money on our weekends....doing trips to the Keys or day trips to the casinos in the Bahamas or going to away football games with the Canes or Dolphins

Avis' cameo and the sideways look Tim gave him and the shrug. lol, and Avi is sitting way in the background on the bull ride machine with that glass of champagne.
@wirelessmikedj77843 жыл бұрын
This was recorded right after Ring of Fire ft Avi....so he was around for it and made the appearance. He also is sitting on the bull in the background at the end, and his hand put the champagne on the table at the beginning of the bar scene.

I could sing this song from the female perspective. My ex husband couldn't understand that you can't spend the same money on bills and other stuff at the same time, and all the bills were in my name. He absolutely ruined us financially. And yes as others have said it was Avi, some have said they filmed this video the same day they filmed Ring of Fire. Watch it again and at the very end look behind them in the distance, Avi is posed lounging on the mechanical bull in the background.
@Smilodon19853 жыл бұрын
As you have learned, that was indeed Avi. They shot this video the same weekend they did the Ring of Fire, so why not? It's great to see these guys as friends and collaborators. Geoff Castellucci is in on it too, as he arranges some of the stuff Home Free does, and they faced off in The Voice back in the day (and shot a Zombies vs. Hillbillies video together). That's a LOT of low bass talent right there!

I watched Home Free covers in 2013 on a tv show and then I discovered the Country music that wasn't what I thought it was. Through their voices and their way of singing country songs, great discovery certainly. They showed me many Country singers that I didn't know and I learned to value them. These guys make me laugh and enjoy every time that I see them. Their covers are always perfect, entertaining and hilarious. Please keep react to them, thanks!

The story goes that Tim was leading a team of songwriters that were hired by a rather eccentric guy just churning out whatever they came up with, which he would shop around, and then one day the guy came in and announced to Tim & his team that they would now be exclusively writing country songs. Well, Tim was seriously POed about this and didn't want to write country songs. So he went home, drank an entire bottle of Jack Daniels, and decided to write the most ridiculous, stereotypical country song he could, and this was the result. It's still one of Home Free's most popular originals. There are so many little things to make you laugh in this. Rob apparently up a creek without a paddle, Austin shirtless, Avi's cameos, but the one that gets me once I noticed it is Adam spilling his beer (well not so much spilling it as actively splashing it out of the mug) not once but twice and just going on like nothing happened.

Yes, that was Avi. If you pay close attention, you can see him 3 times in this video. He put the champagne glass on the table and Tim knocked it over with the beer glass, then the photo bomb, and last, if you look over Tim's shoulder at the end, you can see Avi sitting on the mechanical bull.
@larrywt6563 жыл бұрын
Yep, that's Avi. He's also sitting on top of the mechanical bull in the very last shot. Avi and Tim are good buddies and are even neighbors now. Yes, this hits close to home. And I was with her for 19 years...

I've heard the saying "champagne taste on a beer budget" for years. I've been known to say that I have "champagne taste on a Kool-Aid budget". LOL! Great song. Gret reaction.
@sandym67603 жыл бұрын
I am definitely a lady in the 'Beer Budget' category ... My mom's favorite saying when I was growing up was "Pinching Pennies Until Lincoln Screams for Mercy", and I still have that mentality. I just can't understand WHY you would pay hundreds of dollars for shoes, or a coat, or even $50 for a pair of jeans. I have grandkids that their parents spend more on one outfit for them than half (or MORE) of my entire closet cost me .... although I DO spend my money on hunting, fishing and camping gear. Priorities. When they're on sale or clearance, usually. LOL

Always enjoy your reactions. This was just a fun song and Tim is really good at his song writing. He doesn't mind giving someone else the pleasure of singing the song as he goes goofy in the background. as you will see when you are ready to watch...Full Of Cheer...a Christmas song. Lucky for my husband I was not that woman spending all the money. He was that guy that spent and I was the one that said are you sure we can afford that motorcycle. LOL He really was a great guy.

Yep that was Avi. He had been in their video of Ring of Fire and hung around for this one. Tim wrote this song. Too funny. Love the lyrics. Just so good while they’re being goofballs. Love them. Good reaction TS!

Tim Foust is an awesome song writer. Well, so is Austin, but Austin writes from the heart while Tim is more cerebral. Tim can write about events, and social issues and he has a funny bone. I think Austin sticks with things he knows, loves and feels. but Austin can bring the drama and the fun in executing. Both are awesome for HF.
@pamscarr86963 жыл бұрын
Avi's cameo is the only reason I watch this video. If you pay close attention at the end, Avi has gone to the very back and gotten up on an electric bull. looks like he is barefooted as well. They had just filmed their cover of Ring of Fire featuring Avi so they just threw him in to this one as well.

Love this song, and vid, but it def doesn't apply to me. First off, i don't like champage OR beer, plus i'm a very low-maintenance person, so no man would go broke with me !!.....no make-up, no 25 pairs of shoes, no saunas, maybe a manicure or acrylic nails from time to time.....but that's it !!.......however, out to dinner means lobster !!.....LMFAO
