Great to finally see the behind the scenes of this song. "Man Of Constant Sorrow" was the first song I heard by Home Free & was instantly hooked. I have listened to this song hundreds of times. It is still my favorite by them.

Right! A little earlier, during quarantine days, I had nothing better to do than look for versions of the Siren song and this one. These guys had so many reactors agog over this performance. Then I discovered their quarantine videos. What a bunch of charmers! And they still are.

This was my favorite wardrobe that they wore for a video. Adam, Austin, and Chance all looked so handsome in those hats. Robs coveralls were pretty authentic to the movie, "Oh Brother Where Art Thou" as well. They certainly were troopers filming through that rainstorm. Definitely was one of my first songs that I discovered these talented gentlemen. ⛈️🌧🌦

Loved every second of that! This is the song that I first heard that turned me on to home Free instantly I was a home fry. I had had the same favorite singer since I was 8 (I'm now 35), but when I heard Tim's Foust voice I knew I had a new favorite voice. You guys are amazing! I like watching the many reactors see/hear Home Free for the first time with this song. Reactions are so predictable: Puzzlement at the opening sights/sounds, first WOW when Austin starts singing, second WOW for Rob, admiration starts flowing when harmonies come in, jaws drop, and they question reality when Adam Rupp lets loose his nomomica, then stunned gasps when they hear Tim's bass solo. By the time they notice it's Chance doing the underlying sounds they are begging for more HF referrals. This fun BTS is sure to start another rash of first timers flocking to find out what all the fuss was about. More fun for us to watch!

I'm a little confused why you are showing an old video that includes Austin. The HF Facebook admins go nuts whenever someone mentions Austin since he left the group. They get very hateful to people. Don't get me wrong, I love that A3 is the replacement singer and he is a superb singer! Did you run this my Marcia before posting? Just curious.

Austin is a big part of Home Free's history and of course they should continue to celebrate his time in the group. The problem on Facebook was the minority of people who responded to all the NEW Home Free posts with "I miss Austin" or "it's not the same without Austin", which is insulting to the current line-up in general and Bastien in particular. I'm not an admin on Facebook but I applaud the stand they've taken. Home Free is about celebrating good stuff, not running people down.

@ “Minority of people”. That says it all! The Facebook admins are rude when there are other ways to get your point across without attacking. The guys are too smart and know that some people will take longer to accept a new member of the group. I personally was glad A3 joined the group. He is fantastic in his own right. The admins were too quick to stir the pot. BTW, I never commented about Austin leaving and A3 replacing other than to welcome A3 to the group. It was how the admins talked to their other followers. If HF is trying to have a “clean break” from Austin (which is totally cool), then don’t run old videos of him.
