As a black man raised in Wisconsin by two parents, mom born in Montgomery, AL (1936) and dad in Harrell, AK (1932), that raised all of us as if we were living in the deep south. That along with all the uncles and aunts, our location might have been in the Midwest, but the upbringing was 'Deep South' in technique, lesson, and method. I relate to this song, because when I was stationed in SW GA, I felt RIGHT AT HOME! The country dudes and fellow Marines I met, bonded with, went hunting with, hanged (no pun intended) with were like my brothers and to this day we are still brothers. Me now being back in Wisconsin after retiring from the USMC, I miss hanging out with them, and I miss the south. These cats 'Sanging' this song remind me of those dudes I was friends with, we took care of our families with, hunted with, drank with, told our stories with, etc.

That was four days ago and I haven't stopped listening to this song. I can't get enough! I just don't want it to end. You guys are in the stratosphere of talent. And the harmonizing is in the heavens. I've never heard unrelated people harmonize so perfectly and beautifully. The voices, the beatboxer, that bass. Isn't life a gift? Isn't it the most joyous thing when voices alone can fill you with such joy and fulfillment. Because that's how I feel when I hear this song. Pure joy, and as though I have come home (and you're all dead sexy!). You guys are one of life's blessings. Seriously. I give you my own personal standing ovation here in my living room. Thank you.

SHORT BIO: They won Sing Off 4, 2 yrs after friends Ptx! They're the World's 1st All Vocal Country Band! (All a cappella)! 2nd Most Viewed Vocal Band on UTube with 250+ Mill.vws + amazing coverx+ original vids! Started out pop/soul, now more country-ish, so can + do sing anything, amazingly! All awesome lead voices as they take turns, 5 octave super-bass + insane beatboxer, but their harmonies are 🔥🔥!! Perf. on the Grand Ol' Opry 6 or 7x + country fests, espec. 5 yrs in a row at CMA Fest's big Riverfront Stage! They, like Ptx in pop radio, deserve more country radio play, yet still have 5 Billboard Country Albums: #2, #2, #4, #8, #12! They do sold-out global tours, just got back from Europe + have global fans! (Country-pella)!! They had Viral collab. vids w/The Oaks, Kenny Rogers, Avi/Ptx, etc., even collab'd w/Charlie Daniels! They are all very tall, laid back, good-looking (sorry, I'm a girl, lol), funny+ kind to their fans, etc, etc! . They're awesome, LIVE! See LIVE VIDS: . *9 To 5- Beatboxing* - Surprise!! *Adam Rupp-NYE-2017* -Bbox solo!🔥 *Seven BridgesRoad-Alaska-2017* *Memory Lapse* -Austin forgot words- Guys lose it!-Their faces! Hilarious!😊

You got any tips for a bass singer to be able to get into the growl notes?? I got a pretty deep voice and want to play the role of bass singer but i wanna be able to hit those growl notes. Also any tips on how to sustain my low notes?
@notnull58785 жыл бұрын
@@billydagoat9714 Heeey, try going to a vocal coach, hitting growl notes and sustaining head voice notes can be really stressful on your vocal chords and singers have been known to shred or even tear them, so if you wanna keep them around for a long time, and sing low even with a baritone voice, go see a vocal coach, you won't regret it, if it's a passion for you.
@billydagoat97145 жыл бұрын
@@notnull5878 i will surely do that at some point. I was mostly just looking for tips that i could do at home to improve my bass vocals. But thank so much!
@timz12804 жыл бұрын
@@billydagoat9714 I agree with APHlubo by going to a vocal coach. There are many exercises to strengthen your muscles in your throat and face that can help you sustain a wide vocal range. It is stressful on your vocal cords when singing really low like Tim Foust. If you feel your voice cracking on the lower end of the range, your vocal cords aren't open enough. Try making gurgling sounds like you're drinking water. Try that exercise for a bit, and that should help open things up.
@billydagoat97144 жыл бұрын
@@timz1280 Thanks man. Definitely will give it try. I've mosly been just practicing singing and stuff like that and trying to get my voice lower and it seems like its working. Not straining but like each night just trying to work towards a lower note.

The video was also beautiful with you guys in period clothes and standing in the rain (Which, fyi, is really wicked of you. Standing there, half-wet, looking like that while singing like that... I like to think of myself as a nice person, but it's moments like these where it gets really hard not to envy your significant others. I very much hope they know how lucky they all are!)
