sorry for whatever you are going through to have that affect on , yes its a powerful song but can see it hit a soft, hurtful place in your heart , it does the same for me for a dear friend that passed away when she was 17 and i never told how i really felt about her and its still haunts me to this day 36 yrs later , plus on top of that my divorce that i didnt want so here again , took me long time to out run it

You can hear that in his version of Pancho and Lefty, possibly the best I've heard. He brings out the strangeness of the song and makes it into a story he heard long ago, which quite possibly isn't true.

Home Free's interpretation for their videos for the vast array of genre they perform is sensational and very entertaining. They have videos that are serious and sincere to funny and hilarious and often catch us the audience discerning that a great amount of thought went into producing to enhance the message in the delivery. They bring an emotional aspect that is fresh and thought provoking each time. They are very intentional and deliver with excellance. They simply don't put out junk, they bring it with a very high end and are very deliberate with their message of their productions.❣ This one really tugged at your heart emotionally 💞

Great reaction! Jen! This is absolutely my favourite Home Free cover!!! The 5-part harmonies in this one rival (and for me surpass) any others they’ve done. The emotion, layering and the beautiful videography bring it all together. His current B&W life and finding her things (literally) colouring his memories. Just WOW!! Chance was the obvious and perfect choice for this one. The video was his concept and he directed it as well. I love everything about this (except maybe the heartbreaking lyrics). Beautiful song and a very emotional performance. The behind the scenes footage for this video is episode 18 in their 'From the Vault' series and well worth a watch, particularly if you need something cheerful. They particularly wanted to go to the UK since their European tour was cut short by Covid before they got there. Are you planning to meet them in person when they.meet people and sign autographs? Hope you get a video of meeting them for your channel of your fo so. Have you listened to Skill and Bones? It's an original song written by Chance for Ubisoft'for their soon to be released game Skull and Bones. I would love to hear your analysis of it The song sounds very different than their usual songs. Chance plays the guitar while Austin plays the mandolin. The song is a sea shanty, but Home Free has almost an operatic sound singing it. The opening of the song had Chance and Tim singing together in a deep bass.

This is one of the most beautiful songs the band have released, for Adam Chance's star turn but also the incredible harmonies in all their rich variety. I'm often struck by how kind their harmonies are - I know that 's a daft word to use, but I can't think of another word to convey the gentleness and delicacy, If you want to hear more Chance leads, check out Yours, which sounds as if it was written for him (it wasn't!) and his own channel - Far from Any Road , with Mercy Bell and Adam Rupp unusually involved in a side project; Song for Home, with his heartbreaking tone much in evidence; and Pancho and Lefty, a much-covered song that he absolutely smashes.
