Street Corner Symphony came in second on season 2, Pentatonix won season 3, Home Free won season 4 and VoicePlay came in 5th on the same season. Also on season 4 was the Filharmonic that was a returning act on one of the US night time talk shows and they were also in one of the Pitch Perfect films, as was PTX. The best Sing Off performances for Home Free was Ring of Fire and Caddyshack where they were up against Filharmonic. It was hilarious and so good that both groups advanced to the finals. Pentatonix was, in my opinion, the best in the Florence and the Machines cover which was given to them by the judges to do. They killed it and all 3 judges were "Mitch-slapped".

Great reaction! I love your story times as much as Tim’s. 👏🏼👏🏼 Your story time reminds me of my 2nd son when he was playing football in high school. He was 6’2” and about 225lbs as a freshman…..he was in shape, but had severe allergies to bermuda & bahia grass (among most everything else). It was normal for him to be running laps, running plays and whatever you do in football practice to stop run to an out of the way spot and as you so delicately put it “bring up his lunch for show & tell…..after he had eaten it”. 🥴🤢

Saucey, we have to stop meeting in my lunch break. This giggeling is getting out of control! For real, you need to watch What we ain‘t got. Such a touching song with a beautiful video. And the you know this story and go find the video from that particular performance. Another reactor, The charismatic voice, just announced she‘ll be posting an interview with Tim tomorrow. She is a opera singer who does in depth analysis and her interviews are great. Perhaps watch that on your own time, to get to know Tim better. After all, there‘s a bromance brewing… Regarding Adam beatboxing through story time: There is an interview, I think on patreon, where they‘re asked about the length of their shows and Austin basically says that they are limited by the singers, cause Adam could beatbox circles around them for another two hours, but for singing constantly, one and a half hours is the limit. One of them said, on another occasion, that even if they‘re not doing lead at a given moment, they have to sing. A normal singer with a band usually sings for about half of the total performance time. They do it for 100% of the performance.

Just FYI, Home Free was started by brothers Chris & Adam Rupp. Chris has left the group, but while he was there he did their video setup and editing. Now Chris has his own reaction channel on KZbin called "Chris Rupp Official", where he reacts to some of the videos he made during his time with them. It's a good way to get behind the scenes info in your fave songs. He's made a recent video of how Home Free got started and how they came up with the name. Enjoy!

I think the intent was for you to see the first one about being protested by the Westboro Baptist Church as a PT 1 and then the pt 2 with the" surprise" during Ring of Fire live in concert!
