Hello beautiful soul, new subbie here. I love your channel. I’m moving from a craftsman cottage to a large new build in August. I love my craftsman but with kids, dogs and husband we neeeeeed space. I’m researching now and I’ll start buying after we’ve been in the new house for a bit. I know my old stuff mostly won’t work there so it’ll be interesting to live in the new space and learn it’s flow. One thing I do know is I want my splurge items to be leather sofas that can stand up to gross kids and a dog. Looking forward to a tour of your new place when you’re ready to show us.
