Hell yea man! Waiting on my rogue setup to come in so I can get it going with my home gym. Plates went back on sale this morning so I snagged 3 sets of 45’s but I probably won’t get those for a month or 2 lol

Can the bench reach the barbell on the rack in an 85 degree angle?

The bench has 6 height adjustment levels. 85 degree angle looks to be the second highest

@@SeattleSausages but can you do barbell workouts with it? In the rack for shoulders?

@@lovable382 Yup you can do barbell workouts like seated shoulder press. You will need the safety arm bars to lift off and rack the bar because the j-cups are too short and far back to safely rack the bar

@@SeattleSausages yeah I figured that would be an issue So when i will order my bench ill get the wheel bracket for my squat rack to move it forward for barbell shoulder press Thanks for the info bro

How long do you do the echo bike?

I do it for 100 - 150 calories. Takes me almost 20 minutes
