If you want to use the Westside Scout Hyper with 3 of the depicted plates on each side, align their handles and bind all 6 of them with one or two buckle straps passing though opposing handles.

What a fantastic setup. We def have similar tastes. I like REP a lot too, to me they're in the same class with Rogue, and slightly cheaper. Curious to see what the new additions will be. Maybe could use a leg press? Also, since you have the room, was wondering why you chose the fold-down reverse hyper vs. the full size one, which is more stable and def has more room for plates.

Thanks for the comment. I appreciate it. I've used the full size Rogue reverse hyper and actually like the feel of the hyper scout better. The fold up model takes up half the space when it's set up. I've gotten used to going slower with it so less weight is ok. I've talked about a leg press but just takes up so much space for little return.

Glad to see your pulleys and cables are a little twisted on your Titan Lat Tower. Mine do the same and they kind of drive me crazy. Guess it’s a normal occurrence.

That's very common on pulley machines when there's no load on them. Once you take the slack out they straighten out. I think you could remove the twist by rigging the cables a bit better. Just not something that bothered me but I think you could probably tension it out of them.

Gym is looking great. I don't have anything from REP so I find all your REP pieces interesting. Just one thing missing from your amazing gym... vintage weights! There's got to be room in there for some roundhead dumbbells or deep dish plates.

Next on my hobby list is build another drag racing car with my kids. Vintage weights might have to wait and frankly are way too expensive for me. Keith said 8 of his deep dish plates cost $5k ya I'm not in that league of shadows just yet! :) cheers!!

@@MacStrengthCo Whoa. Drag racing sounds like quite a project! Keith is most likely talking about his York deep dish, which yes, are going for about $1,000 a pair market value right now. If you find them in a barb or basement, they cost far less. 😁 And there are many other old weights besides York deep dish. In terms of deep dish, most of mine were purchased for about $1 a pound or less (lots of basements in Pittsburgh). Then of course, I enjoy restoring them, and that's where the hobby is for me other than lifting and enjoying them - researching their history and restoring them.

It's used daily. We practice BJJ on those mats and use them often. The bench is a place to sit and watch people on the mat and take your shoes off. It's 100% worth every penny.

@@MacStrengthCo What is “solid steel?” A name brand or do you mean stainless steel? Most of my barbells are stainless steel, expensive, but well worth it. Also, I upgraded over a decade ago from 11-gauge (strong stuff) to 7-gauge (almost indestructible stuff). Even “the big boys” envy my stainless steel Ironwolfe barbells. American Barbell makes nice stainless steel barbells, too; can’t figure out why Eleiko and Uesaka don’t.

@@MacStrengthCo Ok, lol! My main rack is Samson, custom made, 7-gauge steel, stainless steel covers on the uprights, almost indestructible. Was not cheap, but well worth it. Have had it for over 10 years know. I have enough weight equipment to outfit a commercial gym, but I like my own garage gym just fine. Been collecting gym equipment for over 30 years, hence I have Eleiko, York USA, Schnell, Ironwolfe, Ivanko, and even Soviet (not Russian) shit from 1968 Olys. Uesaka is next. Just got (Eleiko EVO) dumbbells for the first time. Can’t help but horde weight equipment.
