For those in Canada, I recommend getting these plates from Fitness solutions. They have the exact same plates made in the same factory and looks exactly the same. Only difference is they are branded "great lakes". Normal price is $2 per lb. On sale, they're $1 per lb or $1.5 per lb.

Bells of steel have true 3”x3” racks and all the innovation they’re doing with their attachments and cable towers is amazing. Every other overseas company (Rep, Titan, etc.) don’t use true 3”x3” measurements. And Rep cutting the loyalty program and all the delays with shipping is leaving a bad taste in a lot of people’s mouths. Still a good company though. Titan finally started innovating as well. I think people will be great choosing any of these brands. Just don’t buy anything random off IG or Amazon.

is it a coincidence that the guy sponsored by Rep is constantly picking Rep over Rogue? Not saying what you're saying is untrue. I just noticed that you constantly pick Rep over Rogue unlike other reviewers.

I have owned my rogue Ohio bar for 4 years, only cleaned the outside. I remember actually being kind of disappointed by the spin for the money spent when it first came out of the tube. I did this cleaning today, which only took like 15minutes. Holy baby Jesus. It spins 10x better than ever did on the first week that I owned it. Thanks so much for this.

Fantastic, but would have been great if (1) the barbell was tested for permanent damage after each round, by rolling it on the ground. (2) Find a way to measure the extent of bending for each weight in order to compare whip with other bars in the future. Bars are meant to bend, but not bend permanently. In fact, deadlift bars are extra bendy to help with the beginning of the lift. Stiff bars are another story.

Have you compared these Mags or generics to stuff like the Kensui Swissies (or other alternatives on Amazon). Currently I’m considering getting the pronated medium MAG but the Swissies (or cheaper amazon alternative) incredibly versatile when it comes to grip width.

Hey, what do you think about the Rogue D handle vs the Rep D handle? Comparison and which do you prefer?

What an idiot evaluation. You don't wanna name the company of the bands that are charging you four times the amount for the same thing because you respect the product ? Maybe stop doing reviews . Jesus!!

Solid review, very helpful information! I think you nailed it right on the head that the entire set is overkill but the few you highlighted seem to for sure offer the most benefit and in a pair variety to augment the standard attachments most people already have.

I really like everything I’ve bought from Bells of Steel. Their Belt Squat machine was built like a tank and it was well priced. As for Titan, they suck- don’t get lured by the low price- I’ve replaced all of my Titan purchases except for the bumper plate set. Their customer service SUCKS- they’ll send you equipment missing parts and then offer you $10 for you to source the parts but not actually send you the parts (that’s my actual experience). That was my last purchase with those clowns.

But 800 pound capacity means a certain body weight, and then a barbell weight. Reason being, body weight is spread out across the bench.

You can just say shipped. Adding “to your door” is pointless.

Also I've bought Titan fitness products before mainly their land mine handles. I bought their mass storage unit and none of it fit together the bolts didn't fit, nothing fit. So ask for a return they tell me that I have to pay for shipping to all of them plus they will take 20% to restock it. So once all said and done I only get 50-60% of my money back for the item that was broken to begin with.

I purchased an Olympic flybird bench about a year ago. I gotta say. Its pretty damn sturdy. Im 40. Been lifting since HS off and on. Got serious about 10 years ago. So on chest days. I do alot of dumbbell work,flat,incline,decline. Flat bench i workout regularly with 275,315,365. Drop set to 225 and rep out till failure. Its held up good for me. I dont use the leg extention or the preacher curl feature because its trash.i have other equipment for those exercises. But the bench itself is a beast in my opinion and im 225lbs. Add that to the weight i push. Its doing its thing and then some for the price. I get what his demonstration revealed. But honestly. If you put that much weight at the weakest point of any bench. Most of them will flex or snap. I dont care what company manufactures it. Just my opinion.

Great video....helps alot. Much apprecited. Just went back through your videos to look for the possible video on how you made the underbase. Since this appears to be your highest viewed video...might be worth the effort to show how you made the underbase. I don't see much on YT in regards to this..just a thought.

This video was good, but I wish you would’ve addressed price just a bit more. For example, the Rogue D handles are sold INDIVIDUALLY, so a pair would be $80, which is crazy even though they’re great attachments. REP sells a pair of similar (tho not quite as overbuilt) for $45 as a pair

Like all exercise selection it's all about finding what feels the best for you. Different pulldowm attachments are no different. As for paying for the brand name for exactly the same thing, well you know what they say about the fool and his money.
@josegarciajr71172 ай бұрын
Which size shoulder head bolt is the one that holds the actual hook and not the stopper? I’m thinking of upgrading the bolts but removing the stopper to get more space away from the rack. The close swing sucks since there are times squatting and end up hitting the hooks/jcups.
