The casting of Pat as Tim's wife was just genius. You couldn't have picked a better actress to play that role because the chemistry between them felt so real that you'd swear they were married offscreen. They even looked like a married couple. These two people somehow looked like they could be a married couple living in a house like that with multiple kids etc.

Al and Peggy Bundy are without question my TV parents, Tim and Jill were a close second, Dan and Roseanne were #3 Red and Kitty Forman were #4. Hayden Fox and Christine Sullivan were #5. That's just the one's I'd choose. You're entitled to your opinion but that's mine.
