Hi Cindy, the use of black and white shots, definitely helped see a difference. I do like my red light therapy and believe it helps. I would be interested in trying the Nira. I had a scary experience with a now discontinued device.....it may have been user error, but I now have twisted carotid arteries that I did not have before, and I can only surmise (although not prove) that it was due to the device. I am now wary of many of them. ~ Mona

The NIRA Lasers work similarly to exercise and muscle improvement; it takes time for the collagen to rebuild, and the best results are seen with continued routine use. Our laser causes no tissue damage or irritated nerves. The NIRA has five comfort levels, so users can easily adjust based on skin sensitivity. It is safe to use it at home daily!

Hi Claudia , that means a lot coming from you because I know you know how challenging before and after pictures can be!! I wish I could’ve said they were more conclusive results but honestly, this device is much too expensive for questionable results… all that heat exposure and it’s not very clear that it does anything. A Dedicated neck and décolleté skincare routine I think will take people much further in the improvement of that area. 💜

You did a great job photo documenting this. I saw a slight change in nasal labia folds as well as the side neck angles, but it was very mild and not worth the price of the device unfortunately. If a device were $150 I would get it because it seems like it might be a good maintenance Tool. It’s just so pricey, and the result is not very marked.

The NIRA works to rebuild collagen and renew the skin so it should help to improve crepiness in other areas even though we are FDA-cleared to reduce fine lines and wrinkles around the eye area. Many of our customers use the NIRA Laser as maintenance between Botox, extending results. NIRA only reaches the dermis, so it won't affect injections. Wait 2 weeks post-injections before using NIRA, and inform your Injector. You can also use NIRA with tretinoin, alternating treatments. Remember to apply on clean, dry skin, and use sunscreen daily. Watch for sensitivity, but overall it's safe with other devices. Your skin may need extra hydration. We do also offer a 90-day money-back guarantee for our customers to try out the device before fully committing to the purchase, so they can get a feel for it and see how it works with their skin type.

Thanks Cindy! I only have a led mask but I love it on my neck . I’m debating on buying either a Nira , or micro-current device ( nuface mini) my question is: can you use a Nira and nuface around the thyroid area on front of neck? I was told only a Led mask / panel was safe for neck. What do you think and thanks! ❤❤
@beyond50skin6 ай бұрын
Isn’t LED fabulous?! You’re correct you should not use microcurrent & home laser over the thyroid. I should have mentioned that. I completely avoid that area esp. with a history of thyroid nodules and surgery. Thanks so much for your question and joining the conversation💜 Be sure to compare my discount on the NFmini to the price you find is you go in that direction. Honestly if I were to pick the two devices I use the most it’s LED & microcurrent. Good luck in your decision :)

The NIRA laser's energy is absorbed in the dermal layers just beneath the epidermis, focusing its action in this specific area for collagen stimulation and skin rejuvenation. Its targeted approach ensures that the laser's effects remain localized and do not penetrate deeper into the body to affect internal organs. Consequently, the NIRA laser is deemed safe for treating the entire neck and chest region.

Hi there! Thanks for watching the NIRA sixty-day video and noticing the improvements in her necklines! I'm glad you found it helpful. As for continuing with NIRA, it will only produce even better results, once you continue with regular usage, perhaps incorporating it into your skincare routine a few times a week.

@@FrancneQuan Hello there! Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand that the NIRA can be quite an investment, both in time and cost. It's unfortunate to hear that you haven't seen the results you were hoping for, however you do get a 1 year warranty. It sounds like you've found alternative procedures that provide more noticeable benefits for you. The NIRA Laser does not use UV or LED light; it is a 'near infrared', non-fractional laser that gently heats up the papillary region of the dermis, right above the point of heat-shock and just below the pain threshold. This provides as much or more heat shock protein (to trigger collagen production as the older fractional approach). We appreciate your feedback and wish you a fantastic day ahead!

Can I use Nira and Radio Frequency on the same day?
@beyond50skin6 ай бұрын
I do not recommend using RF and NIRA in the same routine if you’re using them on the same area. Both devices heat the skin and using them together would be too much. 😊… You might do one AM and one PM. I would be cautious 💜
@NIRA_skin6 ай бұрын
Yes, you can definitely use the NIRA Laser with other skincare products or devices. We recommend using other tools, like microneedling, microcurrent, radio frequency or anything of that nature, in alternation with the NIRA. For example, use NIRA in the morning and other devices in the evening to give your skin some time to reset. I would just look out for sensitivity-if your skin feels alright to be using another device as well, then it is completely safe. Just keep in mind that with more use of skincare devices, your skin might need extra hydration in those areas, but other than that, you should be fine and it is totally safe!

First, your videos are very thorough! I gave up on devices and at 67 went for a lower face-lift. I was never a sun sitting person so my skin wasn't too bad. But I detested my jowls and turkey neck. In the end I am pretty satisfied with the results although it did break the bank. Oh, I also did a lower blepharoplasty. Unfortunately I had to return for a full revision as well which my doctor did at no cost. (Had poor first results with all.) I tried Morpheus treatments and felt that it was one big waste of time for the cost. I will say my same age girlfriend, who has severely aged sun tanned skin, did an ablation type peel. It's costly but the results were/are phenomenal. Night and day. I can only hope to have the funds for that as I would love it. Her skin is so much tighter and they say will continue to tighten. I enjoy your total honesty. Nira hounds me to buy there product and after I spent on another red light device with no results, I won't try it. Now, if you have any advice on thinning hair I am all ears. I just started a supplement. Wish I could budget monthly Nutrafol as I've seen it work on my doctor. She is in her 40's though but was losing hair already. If this doesn't work I will attempt the other. Again, thanks for your thorough time.

Thank you for sharing your perspective, Please note that the NIRA uses different technology from Red-light LED therapy. Red-light LED therapy may offer less effective anti-aging results compared to laser treatments due to their lower energy and less targeted light. For optimal results, it's generally recommended to have at least 10 sessions lasting about 20 minutes each over the initial few months. While at-home LED kits are available, results may be less pronounced than professional in-office treatments or other at-home devices. Individuals with photosensitivity conditions or on medications that make them photosensitive should avoid red light therapy. NIRA, a trailblazer in the field, introduces the first and only painless at-home laser devices that are FDA-cleared and clinically proven to reduce fine lines and wrinkles in less than 5 minutes a day. Non-fractional technology has also been shown to lift hooded eyes, brighten skin, reduce hyperpigmentation, tighten skin, and improve skin's texture and tone. NIRA's patented laser technology is 200x more powerful than LED and 190x more powerful than competing at-home laser light technology, providing unmatched efficacy for your skincare journey.

Yes, and no, Red light therapy doesn't in my opinion "remove" deep wrinkles and especially will not eliminate jowls or lift sagging skin. In my experience red light therapy has worked best to maintain my complexion (overall brightening and clarity) and over time my hope is by keeping cells healthy and improving ATP promotes collagen, maintains hydration & helps reduce oxidative stress . Cells can't function properly with out ATP which in my case I am hoping will help maintain some collagen and elastin through out my postmenopausal years. But unfortunately the replacement will never out-pace depletion as aging moves apace, along with bone resorption and fat loss.
