SBI didn't give me option to reduce tenure, they asked me to make minimum 20% of loan amount to reduce or adjust tenure. My emi and tenure remained unchanged just the principal got reduced

I have taken SBI Term home loan of 42L with 30 years tenure. after 3 years I have converted it to Max gain . but while conversion they have extended my tenure to 32.5 years. now I want to reduce my tenure to 22 years. I have visited the RACPC for the same but they are saying that they can not reduce the tenure they will max reduce to sanctioned years 30 - 3 = 27 years. Cant we reduce the tenure of our max gain account?

part payment is partial payment you want to make against loan to save some interest. Foreclosure payment might be to close the loan account by paying entire remaining principal balance

Bhai mera loan 22 lakh ka tha and i paid 7 lakh in a year and maine emi kaam karai aur loan amount meri payment thi 23k and abb hai 15200 so i saved 1 lakh a year and i paid it abb saal kaam kara kr kya karunga jab kist choti krker main 13/14 saal main loan khatam kr sakta hu so beyaz kyu du 😂😂

If part payment is done they say amount will be adjusted in principle only. For both tenure what it means.

It means your remaining principal balance will reduce that will reduce the interest amount to be paid by you for remaining tenure

@@fincalc they are not mentioning that the intrest amount will be reduced, only principle amount will be adjusted saying. I need to see the latest loan statement to get more clarity in the numbers. It may take 6days to reflect in new statement
