I always thought i was good at financial analysis but never thought of these perspective for home loan!! These are very practical examples, excel pe analysis jaha kahtam hoti hai, waha se ye shuru hota hai!

I was thinking to obtain approx 20% loan on 1st property (35 years old) to pay as the down payment of new property. The EMI of this new property will be paid from the rentals of new property. I need your inputs. Thankyou

Someone please clear my question.. I have property with 50:50 joint ownership with my brother. My brother is not earning and am paying full EMI.. so how i can get tax benifit on full EMI amount because every CA is saying i can get benifit on 50 percent of emi

If you have 1 crore then buy 5 homes of 1 cr each(pref DEW). Pay 20 lakhs each as your contribution, take loan of rest of the amount (as per your monthly cutback allows). 10 years later thank me after re reading this comment.

Hi Amit Need your expert advice on below point or please make some video to explain view point. 1. What should be ideal tenure of home loan -10Y, 15Y, 20? 2 . Should we take high tenure or pay early asap to avoid Interest? 3. Shall I start investing in MF instead of paying extra EMI or Pre-Payment. 4. For Small property like affordable should we do self payment or take home loan.

You should always take loan for house. If you have money, you can invest in other things such as, mf, debt fund etc as Rate on house loan is between 6.5 to 7.5%, on the other hand some good mf sip or debt fund will gave you return 8.5 to 12.5%. Longer Tenure with smaller emi always beneficial. Tax benefits, Insurance of loan etc.
