I used an old light post because it was tapered so I thought it would contain the pressure better. It is easy to weld and modify steel. Pressure is only 20-25 psi so pvc should take it but I don't know for sure.

3500 gpm with 12 3" nozzles but put valves on it so you can shut some off . Some calculating some testing. see other video comments

That's really good to know. Did you just weld a hose clamp fitting for the pump onto your pipe? I'm think about getting an 8000 gpm pump because we are trying to have a 20 ft pipe with nozzles. Any thoughts?

Hey! My name is Brian, we are in the process of making one of these. What kind of pipe did you use to weld your nozzles on to? Could st80 pvc pipe handle the pressure? Or did you use steel?

I think you could build it for about $7000.00 I just depends how much used stuff you have and if you can find a cheap used pump.

u should put like wood over the jets so it come out more in 1 stream not individual ones i did that on my model

No, just to make one like mine to have a thick enough layer of water so you do not bottom out on it. I have never actually been on a real flowrider, those are actually 18 000 gpm.

It's not enough. to be real I would recommend at least 6000 gpm
