ha we ordered yeast 2 days ago - i've currently got a spud in the (pizza) oven! I'll make a follow up of scoffing pizza ;)

Please, for these stype of wood fired oven. Is it necessary to use stainless steel? What would happen using normal steel sheet.

Thank you, rusting is a problem . I have 18 gauge sheet stainless sheet, i hope it will be fine .

it's 1mm i believe, the same as used in commercial kitchens, (splashback)
