In cold and dry place if you keep in a sealed glass container, it should remain fine. Otherwise khraab hone ka chance hai….. humid environment me kharaab ho jaayega.

Roast the dry fruits a bit…. And then grind by taking small quantity. Make sure grinder doesn’t get heated. So use larger mixer jar. Still it wont be that dry. But when you put that makhana powder in it, it will be a bit dry and powdery. Hope it helps.

iske andar bhot healthy fats hai. Protein kai sath sath kafi calories bhi milegi. It's not a lean protein source par thoda sa le sakte hai daily.
