Home made rolled filo sheets filled with walnuts, cinnamon and cardamom بقلاوه بالجوز والهال

Everytime I make these my family and friends absultiy love them, it is also very simple to make. all you need is
600 g walnuts
100 g sugar
375 g melted butter
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsk cardamom
1 packet of filo pastry
syrup (the recipe for this can be viewed from my other baklava video)
tip- use good quality filo pastry and don't leave it out to dry use as soon as possible.
