Love it, great set up, i bought a cycle mintgs back spent $130, if knew this was coming up def. Would not have and hit this beauty i stead i hage no screen and saud for seniors but heck i am not quite there yet and its wobbley have to be careful getting on and off. TfS xoxo

Hey karrie, love your little home gym so awesome I also did a little at home set up in our office outside in the garage on a 8X10 rug, i absolutely love and slowly adding dumbbells since strength training is my favorite plus my treadmill (i have a bike to but dont like it, I'd rather ride my real bike outside lol 😀) Cant wait to see more fitness updates I've lost 50 lbs since i started 2 1/2 years ago and been consistent with working out now for 2 years since October (about 35 more lbs to go and I'll finally be at my goal weight yay ) Thanks for another great video ❤

Everything looks fantastic and your hard work has paid off! You may need to raise your seat on the bike so it’s easier on your knees. It may just be the angle of the camera, but it looks a little low (speaking from painful experience)!

Do you ever have the issue of the exercise bike hurting your inner leg/butt area? Whenever I ride my bike or exercise bike, I’m so sore the next day. Love the set up.
