I am moving to a new apartment in July and have been so stressed about it’s layout and how I’m gonna make my own space work, but when I look to your videos it seems like you answer so many of the questions/doubts I have. I liked option B - the dark feature wall is sophisticated and the hanging light added interest. The upholstered bed softened the whole look and added warmth and coziness. Your sunny personality is lifting spirits during lockdown so keep up the good work. This must be a stressful time for you - not being able to go out to homes but you have kept going - hat's off to you.

I love option B! My mom’s a psychologist and has also been having to take calls from our guest room (turned office)! Rearranging the room in a similar way would be super helpful for her and she definitely needs a little more pops of color! Can’t wait to see more episodes!

Option B is my definite favourite, although I'd go for that laptop table from option A. Jennifer said what many of us think, your videos do help us get through the lock-down.

Just have to say I’m addicted to your videos. I watch them while pumping (milk) which is about 2 hours every day. I love the simplicity, eye candy, speed; you don’t try to be anything that you are not, just such a pleasure to watch. Sometimes I disagree with a placement of something in terms of functionality and ease of use, but then it looks so awesome at the end when you finish that I forget :) I’ll be sad when I see all of them (which doesn’t seem like thats happening soon). watching these is so much fun.

A is sort of how my wfh situation is set up now too! I like not looking at my cozy bed when working, then when it's break time, or the end of the day, I turn around and see my cozy bed and I know it's time to just be a home body ♡♡♡

Alexandra, If you continue to do this style video it would be so satisfying to see the final room...I would think that your clients would certainly be willing to send you a look at the final outcome. Since that might slow down your video editing process maybe you could make a short follow up video for those? Just a thought. I miss seeing how the transformation really ends up looking! Love it that you collaborated with DIY Dani on the sketching. They are darling and I love your plans on these, too!

I think I would pick plan B...love the dark accent wall, but I would definitely swap out the table for the one on wheels...loved the designs. I agree with Jennifer...thanks for your videos, while I have continued to work (essential services, dairy manufacturer, Human Resources and Heath and Safety) I lost my husband who I met when I was sixteen, just a little over a year ago so I am still adjusting to being alone and my nights and weekends can be lonely but you have kept me company, for that I am grateful ❤️

Loved this type of video!! I know it's double work on you to come up with options, but it just goes to show that there is more than one way to style a room beautifully. I'd pick Plan A too, but both were great!

I loved the layout of option A but I would steal the navy wall and reading nook from option B. Either way, its an incredible transformation! And those sketches are beautiful! Amazing job Alexandra and Danie!!

Hey Alexandra! I’m a fan of your skills, I’m wondering if you could help me out even virtually. I have a big empty wall and I wanted to put a customized shelving unit to it. I saw videos on how to make a shelving unit from pvc pipes and wood and I wondered I could probably have casters attached to it so it can easily be moved around. I have an idea in mind but I never designed a project as big as this wall before. Is it possible for me to get tips from you? I would like to send you the measurements of the wall and maybe a picture? There’s an AC on it that I’m trying to hide safely. I hope you can help.

I think A is more my style, though i loved the navy wall the bed in plan B was not my cup of tea. I think i would also paint the dresser as the brown colour is a bit dark for me and choose some interesting knobs (at least it looks like you can attach knobs). Thanks for the video! I like A and B for different reasons. I think the layout of a is a lot more cozier in layout even for working won’t be desk being closer to the window she gets more of the outdoor experience and light which will be a bit ore inspiring HOWEVER I like B because it’s more opened and welcoming and offers more space for what she need to do along with defining the space with color
