Hi just a friendly notification from a trans person that "transgendered" is actually the incorrect terminology for trans people. Best way to describe it is you wouldn't say someone is gayed or someone is straighted. It's an adjective. So just saying transgender people is the correct description. Also I loved this a lot. It makes me really happy to see a parent so openly accepting their child and giving them the creativity to explore their identities.

I think this series has been so wonderful, helping everyday folks improve their workspaces and also help bring traffic or exposure to their stores/business. I feel like a lot of other shows/channels primarily improve/make over their own spaces or other already well-doing/financially established KZbinrs instead of focusing on giving back to a community. Trans kids are very controversial but I’m glad her father is thinking of her safety as well as kids he doesn’t know safety. That’s beautiful and I’m glad you chose to help them out! The existence of trans people is not a controversy. If I’m understanding your point correctly, you are highlighting the fact that transphobia is very real, and there is public backlash and violence (personal and systemic) against trans folks. I that when we deem human rights issues as “controversial”, this word choice can perpetuate further harm and be potentially triggering. Agreed that the family’s business and goal to help kids is beautiful! Love that this business was highlighted in this series. And please get better soon, Xico! 🌼

I have a decent looking printer, the HP Envy 4520! It fits right in with the moody dark navy and wood tones in our office space. Both the black and white versions of the HP Envy and HP Tango are pretty sleek for printers.

I watched this video at 6:00 a.m. and it motivated me to make some minor changes to my den/spare bedroom. I shopped from home, rearranged the furniture, moved lamps and tables from other rooms, added decor, etc. Within 35 minutes, the room was transformed and fabulous and cost me nothing. It all started when I saw the new futon in your video which is not unlike mine (except mine is not velvet). I will miss this channel.
