Pick up garbage first to inspection really smart. Mower blades have to be sharpened. Lots of work done well. Plus you clean up the gutters and take with you. Overall great work.

From the numbers, people have been waiting for you to get past the heat wave and apparently other changes. Looks like you tackled important recovery needed there. Thank you. All the neat yards on that street. In a very short time, you have managed to get the disaster level lawn area back to looking somewhat groomed. Someone going down the street would not know it had just gone from unkept to near normal 15:12. I think I remember the replacement windows, done in yellow. Appreciate you removed "the stuck point" of the downed (tree). The back yard looked quite nice all done. Best wishes in making your changes.
