Yadi is that dude you've never met but still have so much love for. What an inspiring person. His passion for the game, and the fact that he's a straight work horse and never stops. Just all around awesome guy. Not only will he go down as greatest catcher to play the game but probably one of the best players period to ever grace the field with his presence. Speaking for all true baseball fans everywhere, we love you Yadi! GO CARDINALS!

It is mind blowing that 3 brothers all made it to the majors and had successful careers as catchers. But none have been successful as Yadi. I remember wanting to play catcher since I was in 1st grade playing t-ball on the little league field because I was amazed at how Yadi played the game in my hometown of St. Louis. Yadi inspired me to put on all that catcher equipment and play baseball to the best of my abilities as well as make baseball one of my most beloved sports to watch. It has been amazing watching him win gold glove after gold glove, 2 world series rings, a silver slugger, and be one of the best clutch hitters in the sport. Thank you Yadi for everything you have done in St. Louis! I wish you the best of luck on your final season. I cannot wait to see your number retired and a statue built in front of Busch stadium. Someday I hope to tell my kids, "it was true blessing to watch this man on the field, he had a cannon for an arm and the reflexes of a tiger. If only you could have seen him in his prime."

It’s great to see these three brothers staying humble despite their success, and giving back to their communities. So many professional athletes become snubs once they start to see the cash, and quickly forget where they came from and forget the people who helped get them where they’re now. The Molinas glow when they say how great their father was, but words are not needed as their deeds tell the whole story. Que Dios los bendiga!
