The apartment has its charm and is really spacious. How about tiles under the kitchen cabinets? If you plan to change it in couple years maybe its worth to demo that? 🤔 I am also starting house renovation this summer but I have semi built flat so all has to be done instead of re-done. I am excited and terrified at the same time!
