Four years in the making, we couldn’t be any more excited to finally open up the doors to our Hilltop Estate Project to you today. If you’ve been following along with Season 3 of Dream Home Makeover on Netflix, this house will look familiar to you. It’s a sprawling family-friendly dwelling on a beautiful hillside in sunny SoCal. We had steel windows when I was a kid. Enormous windows made of steel. Every time it snowed or got cold, they would frost up and become covered with condensation. Hopefully 20 years later, this isn’t a problem anymore with steel windows. Beautiful home though, and really well designed interior.
