I totally agree! I have toured many of his homes in all different price ranges. He puts a lot of focus on the quality of construction and materials he choses to use in the homes and has very good tradesmen and superintendents that work there (which is key). Compared to all the different builders I tour, he is certainly one of the best! Thanks for watching!

This home was custom built based off KLM's Pasadena II home plan (found at link below). The homeowner expanded that plan by adding a sunroom, en suite baths for both guest rooms, an expanded owner suite with 2nd walk-in closet and added more square footage in the great room and kitchen.
