Love that you start your day with your fur babies in nature, in the fresh air. Beautiful way to awaken and clear your mind. Nice chickens for fresh eggs. Like your parent’s house in the country. Congratulations on your new habit of running with friends. Great sweets afterwards, favorite part. I find running is my favorite place to think things through. I run on the beach and in shallow water (good leg workout) in southern CA. Here as long time Molly Mae subscriber. Storie is one cute and blessed girl. White vinegar is a great treatment for cleaning carpet and drapes for dogs accidents:-). Coconut water is good to drink to restore electrolytes is, after a run. 💜✝️🌸❤️🇺🇸🌹

@@taayblue5313 I learned the running in knee deep water training exercise from my work with Navy SEALS in Coronado,CA. The extra friction builds calf and leg muscle strength along with the cold water decreasing inflammation.
