Whew girl you weren’t kidding when you said you had a busy week. That was a massive day of errands and calls! I need about 1/4 of your energy and I’ll be fine! 😂I have two dogs that I love to death and watching Bonnie makes me so happy. And So glad to see Benji is getting stronger every day!

Love your home blogs! A note on the away boxes - I had to replace a suitcase once. Away sends the new suitcase and has you use that box to return your broken suitcase.

Tip for you- On your fuel door there is a little slot to hang your fuel cap so it doesn’t hang down and get in the way. ❤ Have a fantastic time in Antigua!

Don't advise running unless you want knee or back problems in the future,all you do is wear out your joints quicker,especially if you run on hard ground,non weight bearing exercise is better.

I personally want to have a variety of exercises in my life, and finding what I enjoy is the most important. The running training was just to work me up to do a 5k that I can then hopefully integrate into my workouts moving forward :)

Weight bearing exercise is good for bones. You need weight bearing exercise. I’m not a fan of running but that’s just me.

Brogan... i cant use instagram to message so i hope you get to read this. In terms of your lips breaking out, have you thought about using a l-lysine lip cream or taking some l-lysine tablets. I work at holland and barrett so please feel free to reach out and i can see what i can send to you. It is certainly something we highly recommend, so hope it might help you. Or if u have a holland and barrett near you, i would recommend popping in for a chat to see if they would do the same.
