So sweet. I am a firm believer in rain on your wedding day is good luck. You will have a lifetime of happiness. I had a niece whose wedding day it poured down rain the entire day. It was at my sister’s back yard. She walked out of the house and by the time the cerium was over the bottom of her dress was muddy. So the reception was changed to inside my sister’s house. But she has been happily married for 19 years. It’s easy peacey from here on out. 😉

If you are still looking for a memory box check out Petite Keep. I just got one for my baby girl for all her special things I want to keep (hospital bracelet, monogrammed newborn onesies, etc.) They are metal, but the inside fabric and monogrammed options are so cute! Also, beware of preserving the dress using a method where you can't see the dress. There are always stories of these companies stealing and selling the dresses and 20 years later the daughter of the bride opening these boxes to look at/ use the wedding dresses as their reception dress or rehearsal dress or for a child's christening and the box is empty and stuffed with scrap fabric and company is nowhere to be found. Although it's not the 100% best method there are ways to preserve like you said, for display, but also in a box with a display window so you see the bodice and neckline of the dress.

We went to las Vegas and PalmSprings for our honeymoon and I know what you mean we were so exhausted we just wanted to go home!Lyles vows were so great.....must have really touched your heart!Because all our guests had to drive home we only had a signature cocktail and champaign......no open bar.Wedding band.

You should always put your pearls on last - after perfume. Spraying perfume or other chemicals like hairspray on them can damage them. Always wipe them down with a barely damp cloth and dry them before you put them away x Wedding band ❤

I’ve seen wedding dress put in a shadow box and placed at the end of hallway. I would recommend you make a photo album like from shutter fly for you, your parents, in-laws so they can cherish. 💍

We were so torn on a first look and then we met a bride who said it extends the day so much and the aisle walk will still be an extremely special and unique moment whether you have spent that extra time together or not. Now we look forward to it because we'd be disappointed spending a year planning and missing out on easy extra time together day of!

Taylor I have watched your wedding twice so far. there are no words that describe a wedding like yours. everything was done perfectly. bayan almost perfect young lady.
