I tried this recipe.. came out well. I didnt have a thick bottom pan so made it in a steel vessel with copper base.. once i added the masala and prawns,reduced the flame after two mins to medium low until the raw smell of masala was gone, added a tsp of ghee twice too so that masala didnt burn and prawns didnt overcook. Some coriander at last adds to the taste.

You can get it cleaned from the place u buy, as cleaning crabs is not easy. Prawns and fish will require practise as we need to de-vein prawns and remove fish scales

10 mins is good for small to medium prawns

By the looks of it, the masala might take 7-10 minutes or more for cooking. Ideally the cooking time for prawn should 3-4 minutes.

Guys mine got burned so I suggest you to use a proper Tava and that prown will not cook that soon as shown in video so pre boil it... It's OK it happen sometime

depends on the Tawa thickness too :) no need to pre-boil the prawns, it will be overcooked in that case
