I think it's very important for people to know what they are buying. It's also a big difference if cheap paint was used, which in a few years will chalk. Where on this house Behr Premium paint was used to give you a long-lasting sealed coating.

Thanks for writing. I do have a vacant remodel house that is a few weeks from being done. It's 2,500 square feet 3 bed, 2.5 bath. Located in Bent Tree Golf and Country Club in Sarasota. It will need a one time cleaning to be ready for showings and photos. Please let me know what the one time clean cost would be.

Priced right, it appraised, and I sold it very quickly at $370,000. Look it up on zillow.
