For someone in poverty my Christmas was quiet and peace, I was grateful for a nice meal on the table, no gifts, no family, no one, but being alone is fine I am my own best friend, I stick with me to the end. Where's Christmas? Technically, it's still up at my house. I'm one of those people who doesn't take down the Christmas decorations until after the Feast of the Epiphany (January 6). This was cool to watch. I loved the hitchhiker with the sign to Christmas. I live in a small town in Central Oregon called Christmas Valley. Funny thing is is it's in the high desert and we have tumbleweeds everywhere. It's a very small town that is filled with poverty. I must say this Christmas was an extra hard one and I think a lot of us were asking "Where Are You Christmas". Nevertheless the town came together in love and provided Christmas meals, food boxes, gifts for children and warm clothing to those in need. ❤
