I do have the cloud couch from restoration hardware and I love it. But I don't want every dube or try to do my home in restoration hardware. I like to be unique and have different pieces.everyone is doing there houses the same. The bust, or horse or the same bookshelve. Same paintings...but I always enjoy your videos. Kiva, you are the diy queen! Custom curtains can be so expensive when you have tall windows. So if you don't get any companies to reach out to you, I suggest you make your own. I needed longer than store bought length in my kitchen so I made my own. If I can do it, I know you can do it! :) Go KIva!

Kiva today I exercised discipline to resist your video & others prior to departing for Home Goods this afternoon. After an excessive wait to do a return at TJMAXX, I had little time at Home Goods where there was NO desired Artwork, Chairs or Mirrors. I scored Throw Blankets & Lamps, & I spotted the RH Inspired Stand that you placed in your cart. They threw me out before I could search Bedding, Candles, Geodes, Sculptures & Vessels. I wanted those 2 Marvelous Limestone Sculptures that you purchased for your Bookshelves which I saw yesterday on 'Janina Lifestyle'. I love those Wishbone Chairs for your home more than the Target Chairs. I also love that Leanne Gaines Cabinet. The only thing that I've found by Studio McGee at my local target is the ceramic Bowl & the Pillow that your pooch pounced on smh. I live in Brooklyn, NY where selections are limited, but Saturday is will shop suburban long Island Home Goods & Target to encounter abundance. Julie Khuu is an Interior Designer who posts KZbin videos on many aspects of Design to include sourcing customized drapes.

I was just at my Target in Brooklyn an hour ago. Unfortunately because of the consumer here (renters and people on a budget) we don't get a ton of cute furniture. There's always tons of Casa Luna bedding and some pieces from the Magnolia collection. Also when you were in RH I was confused - I genuinely thought it was your house haha.

Hi Kiva! Just wanted to mention something, I purchased a set of those Studio McGee lamps also I totally fell in love with them and I took them home set it up, turned them on and boom my lamp started flickering and the lights in my house were making a weird electric noise! Be careful. I had read the reviews where people said the studios McGee lamps in general did the same in their homes. I ignored the reviews since i loved the lamps and bought them anyway lol but the same happened in my home. I thought it could be a fire hazard I returned them right away sadly. Lol

Omg, that crystal you bought! We don’t have any cheap crystals in Australia. That huge painting yellow and black for $240? Bargain!! If you don’t like the painting you can just use the glass and frame, it’s so cheap for the size.Those light blue glazed, tall vases would still suit your home, it’s nice to introduce some muted colours with black and white. Just keep it to the minimum. I live Potterybarn products but they are expensive here.

Definitely spray paint those vessels. I don't have a place or them. But if I did... BTW thanks for showing the alabaster lamps in an earlier vid. I found two tall ones and a short one with the open top. I was wondering if you would be open to getting things and sending them( insured of course) for a small fee. I really wanted those two open top alabaster lamps. I live in CA and could not find that specific lamp anywhere. I go to about 7 HG's and found a Home Store about 80 miles away. That will be a special trip. But please let me know if you are open so sending things because I can't find some of the great finds you have found.

There are Drapery room that will sell retail. Look up in your area. Also your Fabric Stores will have people who give them their cards where you can get a better price. My Fabric store, and I am talking about higher end Fabric stores not like were you by patterns and fabric, has custom drapes you can buy on display for lower price. These are the places you can get lower prices.
