Loved the Steven and Steve interview 😂 So was the spicy coffee actually enjoyable? I usually find that adding spiciness to a beverage just takes away from the beverage.

It wasn't terrible actually! It tasted like a pretty typical cup of coffee but a slight stinging in the back of the throat. I wouldn't say that this is the future of coffee by any means....but I've had much worse.

Is alkaline water good to make perfect coffee?

I haven't done much research, but would probably say alkaline water is not ideal for coffee brewing. You may be able to make a decent cup of coffee with it, but I would never opt to use it.

It might be good. The SCAA has guidelines for water composition for coffee brewing, I'd suggest looking there to check it falls within the recommended parameters

I have to admit that the Xxxtra Insane Spicy coffee was looking a bit sus. Anyway, there was a lot of work put into this video. Yet the view count is low. That's a shame!
