We love to preserve edible flowers by transforming them into a delicious sweet sticky Syrup 🍯 When we combine both Rose's & Elderflowers together we capture the beautiful floral scents, colours & flavours of the flowers so we can enjoy them all year, long after the flowers are gone 🌸 Elderflowers add a beautiful floral perfume to our Syrups & Rose's add a deep red colour with a delicious Turkish delight flavour 😍 We use our Syrups to flavour herbal teas, ice creams, cakes & more ♥️

I laughed so much watching this! I remember making this with my Dutch friend, whilst in Holland when I was 17. The best elderflowers were in the graveyard of the local church, so I climbed a wall to reach them......and got caught by the vicar, and fell off the wall! lol Thank you for reminding me of a long lost memory! I also remember how lovely the house smelt whilst we made Weisbloomen Wijn......white flower wine, but it was not alcoholic xx

Sadly, elder is not available here on Vancouver island. But,. Rose and cardamom gives a satisfactory alternative.

No but we've used xiltol which comes from birch tree's 🙂
