I've missed Carrie soo much! I also love Dar Adal for some reason- he's so shady. As for Quinn- he's been shot (twice), gassed, had a stroke and is still going to kick ass this season. Carrie needs to lock that down asap.

I mean I am a fan of the series. I've read pre-series book, watched all episodes. Not once or twice. They try to stay relevant with world events and US leadership. Obama made it into the titles. This season on Homeland: We get trite and apologetic. Time to understand and respect Carrie’s right to go full pop-politics. Time for Carrie to take up the plight of young adults who post pictures of dead soldiers, actively recruit future Jihadis, and let them explain away posting dead pics of soldiers as “trying to show the world what’s going on out there”. In no world is that why they do that, yet the show gives apology to everything. Who needs a complex, deeply intelligent person like the original Carrie Mathison, when you can have trite politics instead? Where’s the nuance? Anyhoo. In all fairness, I’m only on episode 4. We shall see.

Watched Seasons 1-5 on HULU. If Season 6 is a liberal diatribe, I will not pay money for such crap. When I am able to watch Episode 1, and Carrie starts up with Muzlims-are-victims...I fucking refuse to watch any longer. What the FUCK are these writers up to??
