Omni-man definitely gets endurance. Homelander never really received any major damage outside of his final fight with Noir. Where he died. Omni-man on the other hand got fucked up and recovered several times in the comics. That and the weakness tv Homelander has of having never really been in a life or death fight before where he had to deal with major injuries still 100% applies to comics Homelander.
